Cognitive Behavoir Anger Management

Our Cognitive Behavior Anger Management track is a psycho-education program developed by Dr. Cynthia Carter, based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy. The program's purpose is to empower participants with an understanding of their anger, which will contribute to the subsequent development of health management of anger.


The program will consist of 10-15 weekly sessions conducted in a small group setting. During the course of this program, clients will learn the physical signs of anger, the effects of anger on one’s health, the relationship between beliefs and anger, feelings behind their anger, different anger styles, alternate communication styles and stress management techniques.
