The Employment track will assist returning citizens by providing career counseling, job search assistance, resume writing, and interviewing skills training. This 9-week training program will equip clients with work readiness skills, financial literacy, connections to mentors that can provide support and encouragement through the job search.
Our employment workshops are 8-hour sessions that cover career exploration, job search strategies, and career assessments. Ultimately, these sessions work to identify the interest of the client, required skills, and necessary education for the desired career. Training resources will be identified within their field of interest. Computer workstations and instruction classes will be utilized to further the job search.
