Mentor's are used to:

Devote time and energy to develop a mentoring relationship

Help in making effective decision making

Help develop self-confidence and self-esteem

Help identify career opportunities

Interested persons who desire to become a mentor should
Mentors must be 25 years or older and are subject to a background check.

Referrals are accepted from social service agencies, community resources, criminal justice systems, or self-referrals. Referrals are accepted for men and women with prior criminal convictions currently residing in Prince George's County Maryland.
